He then reassembled my washer & tested it. It worked like a charm! Comments:	I am writing to say what a pleasure it was doing business with Mark. He was knowledgeable, prompt & courteous. He fixed my mom's washer, for the price that he estimated it at, and still gave her a discount because she is a senior citizen. I worried because I could not be there when he made his service call, my mom lives alone. I had concerns that the bill would be outrageous. As soon as he left my mom called me and told me what a "nice young man" Mark was & how much his bill was. I was so very impressed, so much so that I decided to have Mark take a look at my dryer. He did and fixed it for less than another service company had charged me just to look at it. The other company told me my gas valve was no good & that it would cost $150.00 for a replacement plus $90.00 for their service call. The total would have been 240.00 +. Mark actually tested the valve out & told me it only needed new coils for $35.00 for the set. He replaced them, then vacuumed out the entire dryer. My dryer now works as well as it did 10 years ago! He also hooked up a digital thermometer to it to show me how the Hi & Lo heat ranges were running & to check out the thermostats. Mark spent nearly two hours on it, I was concerned what his bill would be, but to my surprise he charged $40.00 for the service call (as promised) & $35.00 for the coils. So for $ 75.00 I got my dryer running great. I don't even want to think how much the "other guys" would have ended up charging me. In this day & age it was very refreshing to find a service man as professional, through & honest as Mark is. I wish that everyone in the repair service industry was as competent & honest as Mark. I wish him well in his business, & I can not recommend his services high enough! Jean C. & Sara R.(my mom)

Comments:	Mark saved me over $100.00 on the repair of my old Kenmore dryer. I had called a well known repair service company. They came out and told me it would cost around $200.00 to fix my machine, & they charged me 85.00 + tax to tell me the expensive news. Mark came out, looked the dryer over and told me it needed a new idler pulley, belt & lint filter ($12.00, $25.00, $6.00). Also a good general cleaning (blower area). I contracted him for the job, now my old Kenmore runs like new. Marks total came to $83.00 a far cry from the $200+ the "other guys" qouted. I very highly recommend Marks work!!!

Comments:	I will never call anyone but Mark for my washer or dryer service again. He was fast & honest, he told me my washer was not worth paying over a hundred dollars to fix. It was old and starting to rust out and needed a new motor. He showed me the prolebems, and calculated the cost: 1.His labor - $40.00 2.new motor - $125.00 3.boot and stem seal kit - $60.00 The total came too $225 into a 15 year old hard use rusty machine. He looked up the parts on line at my house using his home page and showed me the exact cost & shipping. He told me where I could pick a good newer used machine for a $100 He came back after my new machine was delivered to check it out and hook it up, plus he rehooked up my dryer vent and leveled out that machine too. Comments:	Mark came in & got my washer running in a few minuets, I had been told by a well known repair company my transmission was shot and needed to be replaced the total cost would have been $375.00 to $425.00. I waited a couple weeks, saw one of Marks signs and gave him a call. He stopped by and checked the machine tested the lid switch and found it to be bad.(A $38.95 part - not a $200.00 + dollar transmission) So for $85.00 I have my 15 year old Kenmore washer running like a top again. Thank you Mark for your honesty, integrity & skill I will be recommending you to any one who asks about washer & dryer repairs. By the way I plan on buying a lawn mower from you this spring. Also he told me it was not worth a $125.00 for a new motor. I had called another service place and they told me they would look at the machine, but would charge $80.00 for the call. My washer is dead but at least I saved $65.00 by calling Mark
